Chromatographic separation by typical methods that include GC and HPLC might be challenging due to a large number of TAGs species. Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) is one chromatography method that uses supercritical fluid (i.e. supercritical carbon dioxide) as a mobile phase.
